OpTic Gaming Win CWL Vegas Without Losing a Series, CWL Vegas Final Placements

It appears as if OpTic Gaming’s Call of Duty roster is BACK. The organisation that once fielded the greatest Call of Duty roster of all time, is back on top after a lack luster year on Call of Duty World War 2. During the tournament OpTic played 4 pool play series and 5 bracket play series, and didn’t lose a single one of them. During all 9 of those series OpTic finished with a 18 and 3 map count, one of the greatest Call of Duty tournament performances in a while.

Prior to the season start OpTic took a gamble on two “up and coming” players in TJ Haly and Dashy. The gamble paid off as Dashy finished the tournamant as MVP and TJ clutched up multiple times to help give OpTic just what they needed. The two rookies for OpTic also had the #1 and #2 highest K/D in Search and Destroy, a game mode OpTic desperately needed help with in previous titles.

Other than OpTic’s top performance – a lot of other teams surprised viewers as well. Team Sween made it’s way through the open bracket to finish top 6. FaZe, Envy and 100 Thieves all failed to finish top 8 surprising a lot of fans.
