Mortal Komat 11 is set to release on April 23, 2019 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch. The game will be released in 3 different versions and at launch there is an expected roster size of 27 different fighters. However, not all characters will be available to those who purchase the game. Some characters will be released as pre-order bonuses and downloadable content (DLC).

What’s new in Mortal Kombat 11?
Mortal Kombat 11 is still the classic fighting game that Mortal Kombat fans have grown to love. However, there will be new content, characters, and more released in MK11.
New Story Mode
Mortal Kombat 11 features an all new story mode featuring never seen before cinematics. Players will be able to play past and present characters in a time-bending new new narrative that pits Raiden against Kronika, the Keeper of Time who created existence at the dawn of history.
New Custom Character Variation System
Players will have nearly infinite customization options. Customization gives players control and provides a more personalized experience. Players will have the ability to customize their fighters with skins, gear, abilities, cinematics, taunts and brutalities that will be earned through game play.
